Wired Werx did a fantastic job installing a big-screen TV in our apartment. Austin offered to provide a free estimate, and after reviewing the job, we accepted his proposal. Austin went above and beyond by offering to optimize our Wi-Fi setup with a direct connection. He completed the job right on time and displayed superb installation skills and professionalism. I cannot recommend Austin enough! He did an outstanding job installing my home theater system, setting up internet access for my office, and selling me quality speakers at a great price. His work was professional, clean, and he took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly and working exactly as it should. Austin is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. He explains things clearly, offers fair prices, and genuinely cares about doing a great job for his customers. On top of that, he’s just a good dude who is honest and trustworthy. Wired Worx did an excellent job with our installation! They set up a new LG TV along with the soundbar and subwoofer I provided, installed four Ring cameras around the exterior of our house, and set up our Nest thermostat. Everything has now been running perfectly smooth. What really stood out was Austin’s professionalism and patience. He took the time to walk me through exactly how everything worked, answered all of my questions, and didn’t leave until he made sure I was completely comfortable using everything. Austin bailed me out and went above and beyond to help me finish out my pool! He helped get all the automation and lighting going as well as some other things that definitely were not his lane.
